Sabathani has office space for lease available to other nonprofit organizations and small businesses. Our tenant community typically delivers services that support the needs of people in neighborhoods throughout South Minneapolis. Tenant services include:

Offices are available in various sizes and leased on a yearly basis. All office suites have DSL, LAN and telephone capability provided by Sabathani’s Technology Department.
