Temporary rental rules and agreement

Welcome to the Sabathani Community Center Enterprise. We strive to provide a clean and pleasant facility and a good service to those who temporarily rent a space from us. In order to provide a service, we ask all our non-tenant renters to read the statements below carefully and agree to all conditions.

The reservation is not final unless you receive a confirmation from us. They payment is due two weeks prior to the event. If the payment is not made two weeks prior to the event, Sabathani Community Center reserves the right to cancel your reservation. There is a $20 processing fee for a returned check. All balance including the processing fee must be paid before the use of the event. In case Sabathani Community Center cancelled your reservation under the above stated conditions, the client is responsible to pay off any balance due from cancelled reservation, special set-up, and catering.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, it must be made on-line or in writing through mail by 12:00pm 5 business days prior to the reservation date for a full refund or by 12:00pm 2 business days prior to the reservation for a 50% refund. Cancellation received thereafter will not be accepted.

The renters must agree to pay for any damages to the facility during the use of our facility by him/her or his/her guests. The renters must agree to leave the facility in the same condition as it is when arriving. All tables, chairs, and other equipment must be put back in place and clean up any debris from food/beverages, craft or planting, etc. Failure to do so will incur additional charges.
